As the start of a new school year approaches, DJM Financial was proud to give back to our local community in a meaningful way. On July 31, the team gathered to assemble 50 backpacks filled with essential school supplies for kindergarten through 3rd-grade students whose families are served by Thomas House Family Shelter.

Every backpack represents more than just supplies for class - it represents an opportunity for a student to begin the year feeling prepared, confident and ready to learn.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support local families and proud to partner in helping students start the school year with the tools needed to succeed.

Strong teams are built both inside and outside the office. On July 30th, the DJM Financial team came together at the Dacor Flagship Showroom in Irvine for a hands-on cooking experience that brought 30 team members together to prepare a full meal of appetizers, salad, entree and dessert.

The afternoon was filled with collaboration, creativity and lots of teamwork as everyone worked together to create a meal that we later enjoyed family-style. It was a rewarding experience that reflected the camaraderie and support that define our team. We are grateful for opportunities like this to connect, strengthen our relationships and invest in the people who make DJM Financial such a special place to work.
