My fiancé and I closed on our first home with the help of Ashley in a 14-day escrow period. We started working with Ashley first at the very beginning of our home buying process and the knowledge and information that she shared was essential to us when it came to feeling comfortable with our purchase price. The loan application process was so smooth and Ashley was extremely gracious in answering all our questions.
When it came time to put in an offer on our house, Ashley was on top of it, working with our realtors to help us stand out in an extremely competitive situation. We were amazingly able to land our offer amongst 7 others, with the prompt help of Ashley and our realtors. When it actually came time for the expedited escrow process, Ashley kept us well informed, on track, and could not have made the process any smoother with her great communication and preparation ahead of time. Overall, not only was she extremely organized, kept us well informed and on track, but also made us feel extremely taken care of as first time buyers. We cannot imagine doing any other loan transactions without Ashley's help now - highly highly recommend!
