My Story

Mark Hubbard is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at First Centennial Mortgage, with over 30 years of experience. When Mark first joined the industry, he worked exclusively with Veterans and First-Time Homebuyers. Because of his experience, he is incredibly well versed in VA and first-time homebuyer down payment assistance programs, but he also offers conventional, FHA, USDA, renovation, jumbo and reverse mortgage loans. “Over the last few years, I have gained significant knowledge in the Reverse Mortgage market. I truly enjoy working with the elderly and their families to find the right solution for their long-term needs. I am a strong advocate of the product.” Mark focuses 100% on his client and their individual needs. “I realize the homebuying experience and the subsequent financing process is more than a life transaction; it is quite an emotional experience. I honor this and enjoy bringing my clients along the way towards a more secure financial future.” In his free time, Mark has been married to his wife, Laura, for over 30 years. They have 5 children: Jessica, Julie, James, Jackie, and Jayne; they are living productive, service-related lives around the world. Mark also volunteers with several organizations, including the Reunion Church Family Center where he distributes food weekly to Teen Moms in Orange County, Mark is also the Founder of “For Dads Only,” a group dedicated to assisting men to become more effective fathers.
