I wish that I could give Back Bay Funding a 5+ stars.
They are absolutely the BEST!!! Several months ago, my family and I were in a tough spot and needed to get a reverse mortgage. My mom was having a hard time coming up with the $4000 rent each a month for my father's Board and Care (he has advanced Parkinson's Disease,) and was really worried how she was going to pay the bills. Thank God we called Dean and all the great folks over at Back Bay Funding!!! I can honestly say that they saved us!
Dean has been so incredible in helping us through this entire process as he understands how stressful this can be. He goes beyond what is expected of him by answering all of your questions, explaining everything in detail, and making sure that you feel comfortable with everything in advance. He treats all his clients as though they are family and it really shows. Without Dean and everyone at Back Bay Funding I don't know what we would've done...they're truly a pleasure to work with and a blessing to all who work with them! I would highly recommend to anyone!!
