Wealth Wednesday with Grahamjay
Today I’m sharing something personal in hopes it can inspire others to build wealth through real estate.
I was a renter from the age of 18 to 25 years old and had good credit, an average paying job, and only $5000 in savings. An amazing lender connected with me and took the time to show me how buying my first home was possible using down payment assistance.
I had cold feet and was as nervous as Mike Tyson in a spelling bee, spending everything I saved. Fast forward 6 years later and I couldn’t be more grateful for taking the leap of faith. Otherwise I wouldn’t have built almost $100,000 in equity.
There’s more millionaires made in Real Estate than any other industry / field. I encourage you to at least entertain the possibility of buying your first or next home, because history proves it’s an investment worth making!!!
