Our newest project has officially begun! Here’s the plan with this one:
Currently a 3/2 at about 1500 sqft. We’re gonna convert that garage into an extra bedroom/large laundry room. That’ll bring us up to about 1800 sqft and a 4/2 which puts us in a new price range. Blow out the tiny master bathroom and add a full standing tub & double vanity. Run LVP throughout, carpet the bedrooms & completely redo the kitchen. New counters, cabinets and finishes. Give it some fresh paint on the outside and a brand new roof.
Picked this one up for 180k, putting about 60k into it throw it on the market at 305k potentially turning a profit of ~65k. Should be a fun one!
