Join us in welcoming David to the RES Team! 👏 We’re thrilled to announce that David King, REALTOR®, has joined our brokerage out of our Argyle office!
Born and raised right here in the DFW metroplex, David’s career first took flight in Colorado, where he pursued aviation, married his Colorado-native wife, and raised two boys who share his family’s love of skiing, traveling, and adventure.
David discovered his true calling in real estate in 2018, quickly building a thriving business and closing over 60 transactions by 2023 — earning Diamond Club recognition every year along the way.
In 2023, aviation brought the Kings back home to Texas, where they’ve planted roots in Argyle. Now licensed in both Texas and Colorado, David brings valuable multi-market experience and a steady, client-first approach to every transaction.
He’s passionate about making the buying and selling process smooth, efficient, and rewarding, helping families and investors feel confident every step of the way.
