If he wasn't able to answer my call at the moment he did call me back within 30 minutes. Even better experience he called me back while he was on vacation. I tried to let him go but he showed me my business was a number 1 priority to him. If I ever need another mortgage I'm going straight to him. Thank You Kyle for making my deal work.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Kyle Kiekenapp by Christine R - After talking to a couple of people with exactly the same rates and being inundated with dozens of calls, texts and emails from brokers, I wasn't going to talk to anyone else. For some reason I decided to give Kyle a bit of my time fully expecting the exact same terms. Boy, was I wrong - the rates I got were much lower than the others with a difference of $100 per month payment. The entire process was very smooth, I was able to sign the paperwork 10-12 minutes from my house, funding was quick, and my projects have been started!
