The Social Security Fairness Act of 2024 aims to rectify the financial challenges imposed by the Government Pension Offset which has affected retirees such as teachers, firefighters, police officers and other government retired employees. Contact the SS office to see if you may qualify for SS benefits that you paid into or your deceased spouse paid into.
