A year ago, I would’ve been ready to pass out before walking on stage. 😅 In fact, pretty sure I almost did.

It gets a little easier every time, especially when you’re surrounded by the best of the best agents, cheering you on and supporting you every step of the way.

I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to share the amazing work our Agency Change Ambassadors are doing to help shape a better experience for agents across the company. Being able to tell those stories and learn from so many incredible people is something I never take for granted.
