A Texas Judge has stricken down the US Treasury's " Corporate Transparancy Act" requiring all small businesses to file their Beneficial ownership interest report (BOIR) by January 1,2025.

A law suite was filed earlier this year by the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB). THEY HAVE BEEN VICTORIOUS. Stay tuned

W-2s will be processed in early January and delivered with your second or third payroll of the new year. You will continue to receive hard copies of each W-2. Per usual policy, W-2 reprints are subject to a small fee.

If you submit supplemental 1099s to us for processing at year-end, we need to receive that information NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 31st, 2021. 1099 payrolls submitted to us after that date will incur an additional $100 processing charge

Deadline nears for pandemic-related SBA loans: The SBA is accepting COVID Economic Injury Disaster Loan program applications and Targeted Advance applications until Dec. 31. Those applications will continue to be processed after that date until funds are exhausted; however, Supplemental Targeted Advance applications cannot be processed after Dec. 31, according to a news release. The SBA is encouraging those applicants to apply by Dec. 10.
