This law went into effect July 1, 2023. We was NOTIFIED at a meeting for ALL SC bail bondsman on January 31, 2024.
If you go to jail. Expect to have 10% of whatever your bond amount is. It’s not OUR rules. It’s the STATES rules!!
Our business has always been based on character and helping others. We’ve fought and worked hard to build a respectable business.
