April had a goal of owning a home of her own, and she made it happen. 🤍
We started searching for the perfect place back in January and had an accepted offer by March. Unfortunately, that deal fell apart due to unforeseen circumstances on the seller’s side. So, we started the search again. April found another home she loved, but we lost out in a multiple-offer situation.
Still, she never gave up.
After seven months, several properties, plenty of miles, and a few bumps along the way, we finally found the one in Nekoosa. It had everything April had been looking for, and we were able to negotiate a great deal for her.
April never lost hope or got discouraged. She stayed focused on her goal, kept moving forward, and made it happen. Sometimes the road to homeownership isn’t perfectly straight, but good things happen when you’re willing to keep going after what you want.
April, you should be so proud of yourself. You worked incredibly hard to reach this goal, and it was so great getting to know you throughout the process. I’m so excited for you and this next chapter! 🏡✨
