My dearest Samantha, you’re the most incredible person I have in my life. You have the ability to put a smile on everyone’s face around you! Some of the best smiles I’ve gotten to witness, is the ones on our kiddos faces! You’re so good to them and for them. I love that our hooligans get to look up to you and get to emulate you!

To say the night was perfect, is an understatement of the year. Everything was perfect!
Started with Dinner at St Pierre (legitimately the best food I’ve ever had) then went to Nat King Cole and Frank Sinatra concert.
During the song Unforgettable, I stood up and asked Samantha to Dance with me. It was like we were floating while listening to the band. Pulled the ring out of my pocket and got down on one knee and asked Samantha if she would marry me.

SHE SAID YES!
The whole auditorium cheered for us and congratulated us afterwards.
I’m still in awe. Absolutely incredible.

A salute to those that have served, to those I’ve had the opportunity to serve alongside and to those currently serving!
I had the opportunity and privilege to be in Iraq in 2011-2012, and Afghanistan in 2013-2014. I’ve met a lot of people through the military over the 12 years I served. Even got to shake President .brock hand while on tour. The came out and allowed us to participate in an official run for the troops. There’s a lot of memories in these few photos.

While Veterans Day is a day to remember those that have served, and currently servicing…I want to call on you to pay extra attention to your Veteran friends.
This day is always a little hard for me. There’s people that I’ve served with that are no longer here, it’s a little heavy. Today might be a day to Thank a Veteran…don’t just thank them with a simple nonchalant or whimsical handshake. Give them the 2 extra seconds and you’ll see it. That extra little time to really say thank you.

I’ve been pretty quiet on social media over the last year, but I’ve been busy though! I’ve been working on creating the life I want to endure. I’ll go back to posting some videos about work and life and all things soon! Here are a few photos from the last month or so!
Fun fact, I have a new hobby- I like playing darts. I’m still learning and practicing but who would have guessed it’s a fun little date with your significant other. Another thing I like playing…escape rooms! This one in the Dells, allows a beverage in the games to help you communicate more…we didn’t even make it out of the first room. This one was the girls’s first escape room and we got our butt whooped!
