The act of giving holds incredible power, not only for the recipient but also for the giver themselves. When we embrace the spirit of generosity and selflessness, we tap into a transformative force that has the ability to bring joy, healing, and positive change to the world around us. By giving, we break free from the confines of self-centeredness and experience the profound fulfillment that comes from making a difference in the lives of others. As the Bible states in 2 Corinthians 9:7 (NIV), "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." This scripture highlights the importance of giving willingly and with a joyful heart, recognizing that our attitude towards giving is just as significant as the act itself. It reminds us that when we give generously and cheerfully, we align ourselves with God's love and participate in His transformative work in the world.

Joshua 10:12-14 (NIV) recounts a remarkable event during the conquest of Canaan:

"On the day the Lord gave the Amorites over to Israel, Joshua said to the Lord in the presence of Israel:
'Sun, stand still over Gibeon,
and you, moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.'
So, the sun stood still,
and the moon stopped,
till the nation avenged itself on its enemies,
as it is written in the Book of Jashar.
The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day. There has never been a day like it before or since, a day when the Lord listened to a human being. Surely the Lord was fighting for Israel!"

This passage recounts an extraordinary event where, at the request of Joshua, God caused the sun and moon to pause in their movements, extending the daylight by a full day. This supernatural intervention allowed the Israelites to gain a decisive victory over their enemies, the Amorites. It serves as a testament to the power and authority of God, who can intervene in the natural order of things to fulfill His purposes. The passage emphasizes that when God fights for His people, the impossible becomes possible, and His intervention can lead to extraordinary outcomes.

Dear brothers and sisters,

In Joshua 10:12-14, we witness a remarkable display of God's power and His willingness to intervene on behalf of His people. Just as He fought for the Israelites in their battle against the Amorites, we can draw inspiration from this passage and apply it to our own lives, particularly in the realm of financial struggles.

Financial challenges can often leave us feeling overwhelmed, trapped, and hopeless. But let us remember that we serve a God who is not limited by our circumstances. Just as He caused the sun to stand still and the moon to pause, God has the ability to bring about miraculous breakthroughs in our financial lives.

When we find ourselves in financial struggles, it is essential to turn to God in prayer and seek His guidance. He is always listening, and He desires to provide for His children. Through fervent prayer, we can lay our burdens before Him, asking for His wisdom, provision, and favor.

Moreover, let us remember that God calls us to be good stewards of the resources He has entrusted to us. It is crucial to practice financial discipline, budgeting wisely, and living within our means. By honoring God with our finances and faithfully managing what we have, we demonstrate our trust in Him and invite His blessings into our financial journey.

Finally, as a church community, let us rally together in support and encouragement. Just as the Israelites fought alongside one another, we are called to walk alongside our brothers and sisters in their financial struggles. Through acts of generosity, compassion, and wise counsel, we can uplift and inspire one another, providing the practical and emotional support needed to overcome financial challenges.

Remember, dear church, that with God, all things are possible. As we rely on His guidance, exercise financial stewardship, and support one another, we can experience His miraculous provision and overcome financial struggles. Let us trust in His faithfulness and embark on this journey together, knowing that He fights for us.

May God bless you abundantly in your financial endeavors, and may we always give glory to His name.

Amen.

Debt can be seen as a form of modern-day slavery, binding individuals and even entire nations in a cycle of dependency and limited freedom. Just as slavery involves the loss of personal autonomy and control, debt restricts one's choices and opportunities. When burdened with debt, individuals often find themselves trapped in a relentless struggle to meet their financial obligations, sacrificing their dreams, aspirations, and well-being in the process. Moreover, the power dynamics inherent in debt relationships can further perpetuate inequality, as creditors hold significant influence and control over debtors. Like chains that restrict movement, debt can enslave individuals, perpetuating a system where their labor is devoted to servicing the interests of others, rather than pursuing their own happiness and fulfillment.

Proverbs 22:7 (NIV):

"The rich rule over the poor,
and the borrower is slave to the lender."

This verse suggests that those who borrow are in a position of subjugation or servitude to their lenders. It emphasizes the potential loss of freedom and control that can come from being indebted to someone else. However, it's important to note that this verse should be understood in its context, as the book of Proverbs contains general wisdom and principles rather than strict rules. It encourages wise financial stewardship and caution against becoming overly dependent on debt, but it does not condemn debt in all circumstances.

Are you eating out too much? Do you have a budget towards eating out? Make sure you take some time to build your budget so you won’t be like 80% of America who live paycheck to paycheck. It’s time to get your money right.

Don't make a God of Money its only a symbol and a tool...the real riches lie in YOUR MIND ur here 2 live a balanced life it includes acquiring all $ u need. Don't condemn Money for it will stay away from you keeping yourself broke all the time.

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life ? “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." (Matthew 6:24-34 NIV)

When you worry about your finances, who are you making as a GOD? Which master are you serving?

This one is pretty self explanatory.
✝︎=✖︎
The Bible tells us to make sure we leave an inheritance. It is not as difficult as it may seem.
✝︎=✖︎
If it seems like a huge impossible task then at the very least get a life insurance policy. This was designed to create an immediate estate.
