Hey Carlisle and friends/neighbors of Carlisle! The first half of our Bounce Back Bucks are for sale right now during the Carlisle football game! The second half will be for sale tomorrow morning at People's Bank from 9:00-Noon!

We are absolutely blown away by the donations that poured in to support this awesome business bounce back program that doubles spending power and pours money into affected businesses! As of 3:05 today, the total raised officially hit $30,000!!!!! That translates to a $60,000 impact (at least)!!!

Sales dates announced for Carlisle Bounce Back Bucks!

Carlisle, it's time to come together and support our local businesses! Following the recent water emergency, the Carlisle Business Recovery Taskforce is launching Carlisle Bounce Back Bucks, a special program designed to bring dollars back into the businesses that were impacted.

Here's how it works:
- Spend $25 get TWO $25 certificates ($50 Value)
- Spend $50 get FOUR $25 certificates ($100 Value)
- Spend $100 get EIGHT certificates ($200 Value)

That's DOUBLE the spending power to shop, dine, and support local!

TWO OPPORTUNITIES TO BUY BOUNCE BACK BUCKS:
- Carlisle Football Game this Friday, October 16th (While supplies last)
- Carlisle Peoples Bank from 9am-12pm this Saturday, October 17th (While supplies last)

Bounce Back Bucks must be spent between October 16-31st at participating Carlisle Businesses. (List coming soon!)

The results are official! We are thrilled to share the grant award recipients from this past Tuesday evening's 2026 Warren County Small Business Grant Contest Pitch-Off Event!

Start-Up Business Awards

Sometimes, a little visibility can make a BIG difference. 👀

Carlisle Hardware, their WCEDC Small Business Grant helped solve a problem they heard all too often: "I didn’t even know you guys were here!”

Carlisle Hardware has been serving its community with everything from nuts and bolts and paint to equipment rentals, home repair services and more. As a locally owned business competing with big-box stores just a short drive away, they’ve built their business around something you can’t always find at the bigger guys... personal service, community involvement, and knowing their customers by name.

When Carlisle Hardware applied for WCEDC’s Existing Business Grant Contest, they had a simple goal: make it easier for people to find them.

Their plan was to use the funding toward a new hanging street sign, created by another Warren County small business, that would give their location much-needed visibility from the road.

And now, that sign is officially UP! 🔨

It’s a great example of how a grant can help an existing business tackle a specific need, invest back into another local business and continue growing its presence in the community.
