Since 1994, Kurt Fancher has been guiding homebuyers through the mortgage loan process and welcoming them home. Barbie and Becki joined Kurt over 6 years ago and Missy joined the team in the Spring of 2018. Every member of the Fancher Mortgage Group team plays a valuable part in the Fancher Mortgage Process. In 2015, the Fancher Mortgage Group joined GVC Mortgage, INC. While our team has grown over the years, we have not changed our focus or our commitment to our homebuyers. We approach every loan and every homebuyer with a team mindset. Understanding that we all have a diverse skill set, we use that to our advantage and to make a cohesive team. Each member of our team is like a ninja warrior doing their part to move your loan along in the process. We like to compare ourselves to WD40 on a rusty bolt because we know what it takes to get a job done. Every homebuyer has a unique set of needs and circumstances. Our experience and diverse background allows us to ask the right questions from the get-go, which helps us eliminate surprises when it is time to close.
