Last week we wrapped up the year at Conner Insurance with our annual Christmas gathering and quarterly Leadership Council meeting.

We were fortunate to have THE Winston Churchill join us to speak on the 8 Principles of Leadership - a great way to reflect as we head into the new year.

Our Christmas gathering is always full of games, great food, and excitement. This year, the team introduced The Clay Awards, a team-voted recognition celebrating hard work across several categories.

I was excited to earn “Most Likely to Always Find a Solution” — the team member who tackles challenges with creativity, persistence, and a can-do spirit.

On to 2026! 🎉

🎉Success Story!

A client came to me after being with the same insurance company for 8 years. His financial advisor suggested it might be a good time to take a closer look at his coverage—and I’m so glad he did!

We went through all his policies together, matched his existing coverage, and added a few key endorsements he hadn’t had before. We also added a $3 million umbrella policy for extra protection and peace of mind. I shopped quotes with multiple carriers, and his top two options were especially competitive—ultimately, his chosen carrier saved him ~$3,550 while giving him better coverage.

It’s a great reminder that even if you’ve had the same insurance for years, a quick review can uncover unexpected savings, extra protection, and peace of mind.
