Here are 3 Ways to Keep your Resolutions for 2022:

1. Set a realistic goal - something that is reasonable given the task and amount of time desired to achieve

2. Change your environment - join groups and communities with other people looking to achieve the same or similar goals, so that you have support on your journey

3. Be specific - instead of just saying "I want to lose weight", say "I intend to lose 'x' lbs by 'x' date"

Happy Winter Solstice!

Winter solstice for the Northern Hemisphere occurs at 10:59 a.m. EST. (RIGHT NOW)

The solstice marks the official start of winter.

The Sun has officially reached the Tropic of Capricorn, this marks the shortest day and longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere in terms of daylight.

Fun Fact:

If you check your shadow at noontime during the solstice, it will be it's longest noontime shadow of the year.

Many traditions around Christmas are actually associated with winter solstice celebrations of ancient Pagan cultures.
