He is the most knowledgeable and exceptional loan officer I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. To say our loan was difficult is an understatement, but Chad guided us and kept us informed the entire way. He even went out of his way to help find comps for us when our appraisal came in low and helped get it back to value. There isn’t enough positive words that would describe what he was able to do for us. So I will leave you with this. If you happen to stumble upon Chad Justice, do not question or hesitate to hire him as your loan officer. He is absolutely the best we’ve ever encountered.
