We fully understand the stress and inconvenience that the outage in our administrator’s claims department has caused our valued customers. We continue to work diligently behind the scenes to resolve this issue.

Our claims administrator for contracts purchased prior to 1/3/22 continues to experience a systems outage. They are diligently working to bring their systems back online as quickly as possible.
