Great info for all my homeowners impacted by the Central Indiana flooding! ♥️

The flooding, severe storms, and tornadoes that impacted Central Indiana this month have left many of our neighbors facing unexpected damage, displacement, and expenses. I’m proud of the way our real estate community is stepping up to help.

The MIBOR REALTOR® Association and Indiana Association of REALTORS® have secured an initial $500,000 in REALTORS® Relief Foundation funding to provide housing-related assistance to Indiana residents impacted by the severe weather between August 11–18, 2026.

🏡 Eligible homeowners and renters may apply for up to $1,000 per household.

Assistance may help with:
• Mortgage expenses for a damaged primary residence
• Rental costs due to displacement
• Hotel or Airbnb expenses due to displacement

Who is eligible?
Homeowners and renters whose primary residence was impacted by the storms may apply. You do not need to be a REALTOR® or affiliated with the real estate industry to qualify.

⚠️ Funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications must be submitted by November 11, 2026, or until available funding is exhausted.

Applications are generally processed within 3–5 business days once completed.

Great resource for those in need & a great business to contribute to if you have the means! 👏

We’re proud to partner with Veterans Support Network Inc. to help provide flood cleanup support to neighborhoods throughout Noblesville. 🫶

Through the charity arm of our business, Charity Dumpsters, powered by Indianapolis Dumpster Service, we’re raising funds to provide dumpsters to affected neighborhoods.

We’ve already had multiple local businesses step up and pledge their support toward donating dumpsters, and we’re so grateful to see our community come together to help our neighbors.

We’ll be prepared to place dumpsters in neighborhoods in need for 2–3 days at a time, giving residents a place to dispose of flood-damaged items and debris as they begin the cleanup process.

$500 covers one dumpster, but any donation helps us reach more families and neighborhoods.

If you know of a neighborhood that needs a dumpster, please include that information in the “Questions” section on page 2 of the donation form.
