Hoosier United Credit Union HUCU is a small credit union dedicated to "Members Helping Members" for over 90 years! HUCU became a state charter credit union on May 26, 1931. NMLS # 1579511

We were originally chartered under the name Farm Bureau Employees Credit Union. This name originated from our core membership base, Farm Bureau Employees. In the 1980's after a credit union merger we changed our name to Hoosier Farm Bureau Credit Union, in recognition that we now had the ability to serve more people. Recently, in 2013 we expanded our membership even more by merging IKIBEW Federal Credit Union. Then in 2014 we changed our name to encompass our entire membership to Hoosier United Credit Union. Today HUCU has an asset size of approximately $20 million, and we serve nearly 5000 members! We love being a small credit union, and we strive each day to maintain our philosophy of "members helping members". We believe in personal service, and that the support and commitment of our membership will continue to allow us to grow.
