We’re excited to officially announce the closing of CREA Corporate Tax Credit Fund 117, LP at the end of 2025 - our largest fund to date, raising $403.2 million in equity from 13 returning investors and 1 new investor partner.

Fund 117 will help create or preserve 3,484 affordable homes across 17 states and is projected to support 4,355 jobs nationwide through the LIHTC program.

This benchmark reflects the perseverance of Team CREA, the trust of our partners, and our shared commitment to expanding access to affordable housing in communities across the country. Thank you to everyone who made this possible.

In total, we raised $1.955 billion in equity - our highest annual totals to date and a strong reflection of our continued commitment to advancing affordable housing nationwide.

December marked a strong close to a busy year at CREA. In the final month alone, we supported 26 closings that included our expansion into two new U.S. territories, helping deliver 2,823 affordable homes backed by $437.5 million in total equity across 16 states and these newly served areas.

From new construction to rehabilitation efforts, these closings represent housing that will serve families, seniors, and mixed population communities nationwide. Expanding our footprint into new U.S. territories reflects the continued growth of our platform and the increasing reach of our impact, making this a meaningful finish to the year and a powerful signal of momentum heading into the next.

At Hoover Place, community has always come first. Seniors in Dayton have long found connection, comfort, and care within its walls. Thanks to the leadership of National Church Residences, that legacy continues in beautifully renewed spaces that reflect both dignity and warmth.

With the support of our partners at Aetna, Dayton, Ohio - City Government, Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), The Model Group, and Berardi Partners, 144 affordable homes were upgraded to better serve residents 55 and older. The revitalization blends modern convenience with the familiarity of home, ensuring residents continue to thrive in a place built around their needs.
