June capped off a strong first half of 2026, with closings that will help deliver 925 affordable homes and generate $130.5MM in equity nationwide. From new construction to the rehabilitation of existing communities, these developments will expand access to quality housing and help residents build brighter futures.

We closed out May on a high note! Last month’s closings will help bring 383 affordable homes to seniors and families across California, Indiana, Michigan, and Nevada. In total, these closings represent $68.1MM in equity raised, strengthening communities and expanding access to affordable housing nationwide.
