✨ One of the secrets to our success at Sullivan has been our pipeline calls.
This is how we were able to get a 2-day clear to close last week... after the previous lender couldn't get it done in 4 weeks. đź‘Ź Great job Rick Davis and Kristina James!!
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM, rain or shine, we get together and review our entire company pipeline.
This call is not just status updates.
Our team accepts feedback on their files, offers advice to each other, and is willing to say, “I could have done that better.” 💙
We leave our egos at the door because everyone on that call has the same goal: get better, help each other succeed, and most importantly, raise the lending standard in the communities we serve.
Every person on our team participates in these calls until their production reaches a point where the company-wide call starts slowing them down.
At that point, they graduate to running pipeline calls with their own team. đź’Ş
