We’re so excited to introduce Ramona and give her a warm welcome! 🎉

Outside of work, Ramona enjoys cozy nights at home cuddling with her two fur babies. When the weather is warm and beautiful, you’ll find her out side-by-side riding with her husband and friends—making the most of those nice evenings! She also loves exploring different genres of music, always keeping her playlists fresh and fun. Ramona loves the Harry Potter movies and her favorite song is “Golden Hour” by JVKE.

Fun Fact: Ramona collects piggy banks! What began as a cherished tradition with her late aunt has grown into a meaningful collection, lovingly expanded over the years by her family and friends.

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Micaela, whose positivity and dedication make a meaningful impact every single day!

Micaela is always eager to lend a helping hand, bringing an inspiring and thoughtful approach to problem-solving. Whether she’s tackling a challenge or supporting a teammate, she does so with patience, kindness, and a friendly attitude that lifts everyone around her. Her consistently positive outlook helps create a supportive and encouraging work environment—and we’re so grateful to have her on the team!

When she’s not at work, Micaela stays just as busy and passionate in her personal life. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2-year-old daughter while helping run their family farm. Together, they raise livestock and sell farm-fresh beef, pork, and eggs. Much of her free time is spent caring for animals, working outdoors, and creating content for their farm business.
Between farming and raising her daughter, her schedule stays pretty full, which means she doesn’t always get to take part in other activities as much as she’d like—but she still makes time for the things she loves. That includes playing board games with her family and heading to alternative/rock concerts whenever she can.

Micaela's favorite music is anything by Three Days Grace and her favorite movies are Twister and 8 Seconds.

Micaela’s hard work, positive energy, and commitment—both at work and at home—are truly inspiring. We’re lucky to have her as part of our team!

Earlier this week, we had our 5th Annual Producer Roundtable at Five Iron Golf in Downtown Indianapolis!

This event is all about bringing our producers together to share ideas, celebrate wins, and align for what’s next. The collaboration and energy in the room make all the difference as we head into the rest of the year.

A special thank you to Marc Harris for sharing his insights via Teams, and to Bob Paskins for delivering an inspiring message to the group. We’re also proud of our team members—Matt Armstrong, Justin Osburn, and Jake Kelley—for presenting impactful case studies.

Beth brings a truly special energy to the workplace—she’s eager, joyful, and consistently positive. Her patience and willingness to help others never go unnoticed, and she approaches every challenge with a calm, solutions-focused mindset. Whether supporting her team or tackling a tough problem, Beth is someone you can always count on.

Outside of work, Beth’s heart is just as big as her smile. She shares, “I love spending my last dime spoiling my grandsons.” She also enjoys being outdoors, especially hiking and exploring nature whenever she can. Beth is actively involved in her church and dedicates time to helping in the children’s department.

A lover of classic literature, Beth says, “I love to read and re-read anything Jane Austen!” And here’s a fun fact: Beth has a remarkable family story—her ancestor was kidnapped by the Wyandotte Indian tribe, raised as their own, and later married the chief’s daughter, becoming part of the lineage that led to her family today!

Lindsay is the kind of teammate everyone hopes to have. She’s always willing to jump in and help, tackles tasks quickly and accurately, and brings a positive energy that makes her a true joy to work with. Whether it’s stepping in when something unexpected comes up or ensuring details are handled just right, Lindsay consistently goes above and beyond.

Outside of work, Lindsay stays just as busy. She loves baking, traveling, and spending time with her family—and has recently started collecting vintage Pyrex. Many evenings and weekends are spent at the ball field cheering on her nieces and nephews at their games. She also puts her baking talents to good use by creating special-order cupcakes for others.

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Hannah Braun, a true customer service superstar! Hannah brings a consistently positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help wherever she’s needed. Her energy, kindness, and dedication don’t just make our day easier—they make our entire team proud to work alongside her.

Outside of work, Hannah has a wide range of interests that reflect her creativity and curiosity. She loves hiking, writing, and gaming, and on slower days you’ll often find her curled up with a good book or lining up a movie marathon. One of her favorite things to do is attend a monthly Jane Austen book club at a local coffee shop.
Her favorite film is Leave Her to Heaven (1945). Hannah says Gene Tierney is both mesmerizing and terrifying in this film noir classic—an absolute star performance.

A fun fact about Hannah is that Hannah’s aunt once entered her into a cutest baby contest… and, surprisingly, she did not win!

✨ Employee Spotlight: Angie Pilcher! ✨

Angie Pilcher works with our Personal Lines Team and is one of those teammates everyone is grateful to work with. She’s always willing to jump in and help, consistently accurate in everything she does, and truly shines in her ability to adapt her work style to match each account manager’s way of working. Her flexibility, reliability, and teamwork make a meaningful difference every day.

When Angie isn’t at work, you’ll most likely find her at home on the farm with her cattle, enjoying fresh air and sunshine by the pool, or just enjoying the slower pace of country life. She enjoys interior design and decorating and making her home feel cozy. Angie enjoys spending time with her family and hanging out with her dogs.
Currently, Angie’s life outside of work is centered around home and family. Before undergoing two major surgeries in the summer of 2025, she was very active at a local CrossFit gym—something she truly enjoyed and looks forward to getting back to as she continues focusing on her overall health.

One of Angie's all-time favorite movies is The Notebook, for its beautiful message about lasting love. She enjoys country music and worship music—songs that tell a story or carry a heartfelt message.

A fun fact about Angie, she absolutely loves creating a cozy, welcoming home, and Christmas is her favorite time of year to do just that! She usually starts planning her Christmas décor as early as September.

We’re so thankful to have Angie on our team—her dedication, kindness, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed!

We’re excited to welcome Megan to our team as our new Nurse Navigator! Megan brings compassion, dedication, and a patient-first mindset that will make a meaningful difference for those we serve.

Outside of work, Megan loves cheering on her kids as they play the sports they’re passionate about—volleyball, basketball, softball, and golf. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and stays busy as an assistant coach for her daughter’s basketball team in Knightstown.

When it comes to music, Megan enjoys just about everything, though she finds herself listening to country music most often. A fun fact about Megan, she has a Vietnamese pot-bellied pig!
