This week, we're excited to shine the spotlight on Michael Burtron, a valued member of our Sales Team serving the Lebanon and Lafayette areas!

Michael is known for always being willing to lend a helping hand, take care of his team, and support those around him. His positive attitude and friendly personality make him a pleasure to work with and a familiar face that both coworkers and clients enjoy seeing. Whether he's assisting a teammate or helping clients find the right solutions, Michael brings dedication, reliability, and genuine care to everything he does.

When he's not working, Michael enjoys boating and traveling. He is also deeply involved in his communities through organizations including the Lebanon Education Foundation, Boone County Alcohol and License Board, and Lafayette Kiwanis.

We’re proud to launch our annual fundraising campaign in support of Indiana-based Meals on Wheels organizations!

In Indiana, about 1 in 7 residents faced food insecurity in 2024. Many Indiana residents report having to choose between food and other essentials:

▪️68% choose between food and utilities
▪️58% choose between food and housing
▪️24% choose between food and childcare
▪️71% choose between food and transportation
▪️31% choose between food and education

Meals on Wheels delivers more than just meals—it provides nutrition, connection, and dignity to individuals who need it most. Our goal is to raise $7,500 by October 2 to help expand this vital support across our communities.

This week, we're excited to shine the spotlight on Melissa Foley, our Front Desk Administrator in the Richmond office!

Melissa is often the first friendly face clients and visitors see when they walk through our doors. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcomed and supported. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help make her an invaluable member of the team. Whether she's assisting coworkers, helping clients navigate their needs, or stepping in wherever she's needed, Melissa approaches every task with professionalism, kindness, and a smile.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys crocheting, reading, and creating beautiful diamond dot art. One of her favorite ways to give back is through crocheting blankets that she donates to an end-of-life care unit for patients and families.

Melissa's favorite movie is Dirty Dancing, she has even visited the filming location in West Virginia!

When she's not crafting or reading, you'll likely find Melissa cheering on Indiana sports teams. She loves attending Indiana Fever and Pacers games, and when she can't be there in person, she's enthusiastically supporting them from home. In fact, she's been known to do a little yelling at the TV while watching the action unfold!

This week, we're excited to spotlight Michele Foster for her exceptional dedication and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Michele consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every client is taken care of in a timely manner. She is highly responsive, makes sure emails never go unanswered, and works diligently to provide support whenever it's needed. Her friendly, positive attitude and unwavering professionalism make her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. No matter how busy the day gets, Michele never misses a beat and always finds time to lend a helping hand.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys traveling and taking cruises, as well as spending long weekends hiking in the mountains. She's an avid foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and cuisines, and she's also a dedicated Pilates enthusiast. Michele is actively involved in a health and wellness organization that promotes healthy lifestyles and better nutrition.

He's a member of both the Fall Creek Run Club and Central Indiana Cycling, and loves being part of the local running and cycling communities. 🌟Employee Spotlight: Carrie Drake🌟

We're excited to shine this week's Employee Spotlight on Carrie Drake, our Front Desk Administrator in the New Castle office! If you've visited or called our office, chances are you've had the pleasure of interacting with Carrie. She is always helpful, cheerful, and a joy to talk to. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help make a positive impression on everyone who walks through our doors.

When she's not assisting customers or helping team members, Carrie stays busy with several creative and community-focused passions. She enjoys volunteering and is actively involved in local community theater, where she both acts and directs. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Guyer Opera House in Lewisville, helping support the arts in her community. Carrie loves spending quality time with her family and her three cats: Murphy, Mia, and Opie.

Carrie's favorite song is "September" by Earth, Wind & Fire, she loves anything by David Sedaris, and her favorite movie is Monty Python and the Holy Grail. A fun fact about Carrie is that although Carrie spends her days at the front desk talking with customers and enjoys spending her free time performing on stage, she says she's actually quite the introvert!
