One of my favorite parts of this job is helping families find a way to make the timing work! 🏡❤️

Their goal was to get settled into their new home before school started. We initially put a plan in place using our Calque program so they could make a non-contingent offer before selling their current home. As it turned out, their home sold before we even needed to utilize the program — the best-case scenario!

So happy we could help them get into their new home in time for this exciting new chapter. And a big thank you to Matt Meyers | Realtor for being such a great partner throughout the process!
