From mud to masterpiece, it's official, W Main is SOLD!!

W Main: What an improvement paint, new windows, a [nearly] completed kitchen and coffee bar make. It has come a long way in a short couple weeks. This home is no longer the ugly duckling it once was 🦢

W Main: From studs to drywall in just a couple days! What a vast difference drywall makes in the overall feel of a house. We'll have this sanded down and ready for paint next week.

W Main: Framing and new garage is complete, but not without a few surprises that we worked through... not as dramatic as HGTV. 😁 We're excited to start hanging drywall & windows in the next few days as this home begins to take shape.

New acquisition in Mooresville, IN! "W Main" might not be the swan of the neighborhood, but we have some big plans to bring it back to life. Demolition and floor plans underway.

Cottage 144 is officially on the market! We're quite proud of how far this project has come in the last 8 months. We were able to retain a lot of the charm that we loved from the beginning. This home is ready for its new family!!

Cottage 144: The workshop and old garage have come a long way!! We rebuilt the workshop wall, resided and painted the whole building to match the new steel garage which was recently installed.
