GENTLE REMINDER:
We'd like to kindly mention that placing a ticket in the system via the "H" in the upper right corner of your screen will always result in faster service, as they are priority to emails, calls, etc. (especially for the incoming busy season). Unfortunately emails can get lost in the shuffle where our call screen has a technician assigned to each ticket and does not get closed until it is responded to.
Place as much detail as possible in your ticket including check number, PO number, Case number, etc. and description of your issue then "SUBMIT REQUEST".
This ensures everyone can see your needs and allows one of our technicians to get back to you as soon as possible. Please be sure to check your email, including your spam and junk folders, as we may reply via email. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Now is the time to clean up your STALE items in BANK BALANCING! If you have checks that are more than two years old you may see a CANCEL button next to it. If so, simply click on it and the system will automatically place a receipt in the system and clear both the check and the receipt. If there is no CANCEL button, enter a miscellaneous receipt to the same fund the check was originally written from, then clear both the receipt and the check in the same month (December 2025).
If you have stale receipts, enter a disbursement in the system from the same fund the receipt was placed in and use CODE 8. Then clear both the receipt and disbursement in December 2025 Bank Balancing.
