PLEASE read if you have a home or car insured anywhere in the US with any company.

1) it’s spring and basements are flooding more than usual. This is NOT covered by home insurance unless you add “Back of Sewer and drain” endorsement to your policy.

2) please verify that all driver’s in your household are named to your insurance company. If you don’t add your spouse or children and they are in an accident, there’s NO coverage.

Call your insurance company and verify both these.
