A family legacy is built long before any wealth is transferred.
It's built around the dinner table. In how parents handle success and disappointment. In whether generosity is modeled consistently or only talked about. In whether children grow up understanding stewardship or entitlement.
More money isn't good or bad. It just tends to amplify whatever's already in a family's culture. A generous family becomes more generous. A divided family becomes more divided.
That's why the conversations matter as much as the documents. The estate plan transfers assets. The dinner table transfers everything else.
