Now that the 2022 numbers are in the books. I am happy to say I crossed a milestone off my career goals. I finished in the top 20% in the state out of 400+ agents for production this year. Top 7 in the state for rookie agents. Top 3 in life insurance production for my agency.

This was enough to qualify me for my first Trailblazer trip.

I can not begin to thank each and every one of my clients, friends/family, referral partners, and anyone else who has helped me this year to achieve this! Looking forward to another great year in 2023.

Had a really cool conversation with a new client today and this is worth the read.

He had told me that he always hunted for the cheapest insurance, and actually left Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance 15 years ago for a cheaper company. The coolest part was he said this, “I don’t want cheap, I want real people I can talk to locally.”.

I have so many people call in weekly and ask to beat their current rates. I tell them there’s a good possibility we can, but we offer something better than that.

The underwriter for your home and auto is just down the hall, the person who handles your billing sits 10 feet away from me, your claim representative is a phone call away, and here’s my cell phone, call me anytime.

We don’t always have the best rate, but we truly are your local Hoosier insurance company.

I had the opportunity to write a general contractor today. Indiana Farm Bureau is successful 70% OF THE TIME, writing contractors and carpenters. Our success is define by premium and coverage. Meaning 70% of the time we are adding more coverage or saving them money.
