Learn more about him↓
For those who may not be familiar, my name is Michael Lecher. As an American football player and entrepreneur from Noblesville, Indiana, I attended Hamilton Heights High School, where I served as a varsity kicker and punter for four years. In April 2022, I committed to playing for Marian University in Indianapolis, joining the Knights as a kicker-punter combo. During my first season, I participated in one game, scoring one point and recording a kickoff. In the 2023 season, I only saw action in the spring game and decided to focus on my business endeavors. As the owner and operator of Michael’s Mowing and Property Cleanup LLC, a landscape and property management business, I initially established the company as a sole proprietorship in 2016 but quickly gained traction and became a Limited Liability Company. My commitment to hard work and effective communication has been instrumental in my success. I have consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and dedication to my community, ensuring that I do not leave a job until it is completed to the customer’s absolute satisfaction.
Results-driven professional with extensive experience managing full-time landscape and mowing crews, as well as small-scale gravel pit operations. Proven expertise in time, personnel, financial, and equipment management. Skilled in data analytics utilizing Excel and other spreadsheet platforms. Mechanically inclined with a strong background in welding, fabrication, and general repairs. Led a team of four to victory in the 2023 Byrum School of Business 109 competition as a freshman in college. Three-year member of the Marian Knights football squad. Helped improve plant efficiency at Noblesville Martin Marietta during a 3 month summer internship serving as a management intern.
