The site, formerly home to PNC Bank, sits near Little Buck Creek and presents a meaningful opportunity for future community-centered development. While the project remains in the initial planning stages, this property represents an important step forward in our vision to create spaces that serve and strengthen the surrounding community.

Donald Eric Skiles Jr. is a construction professional specializing in project management and electrical construction, with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology from Purdue University. He brings experience across estimating, budgeting, and project ex*****on, with a strong track record supporting high-end tenant interior projects.

In his new role, Donald will focus on driving project performance, strengthening client relationships, and delivering quality results from preconstruction through completion. He is known for his attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to excellence in fast-paced construction environments.

We’re excited to welcome Betty to our Thalop team!

Betty graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Architecture and gained professional experience through an internship at ArcDesign. While in college, she was actively involved on campus, serving as President of ASU and participating in the Student Program Board. She is passionate about giving back to the Chin community and continues to serve in her church as a Sunday school teacher.

We are thrilled to have Betty join the team and look forward to the contributions she will make at Thalop Group!
