FHA Loan Limits are going down in January

Riverside and San Bernardino Counties: From $500,000 to $355,350

Orange and LA County Counties: From $729,750 to $625,500

San Diego County: From $697,500 to $546,250

If you are using FHA to buy a home and you are looking above the new loan limits, you need to get into escrow before January 1st.

Home prices will increase at a much slower rate in 2014 as investors become less aggressive and more homeowners put their houses up for sale, according to Bank of the West chief economist Scott Anderson.

More homeowners will put their homes up for sale next year and increase the supply.

International City Mortgage in Indian Wells will be hosting a food drive to help local families in need during this holiday season. We will be donating all food items received to Martha's Village and Kitchen. The drive will go until Friday Dec 20th. Please bring non perishable food items to our office Monday through Friday from 9 am till 5 pm. We will be closed Thursday and Friday this week for Thanksgiving. Anything you can give will be most appreciated.

Specific items Martha's Village and Kitchen has asked for:
1. Canned fruit and Vegetables
2. Bags of rice, pasta, and beans
3. Baby Formula
4. Cereal
5. Cooking Oil
