Scammers are always looking for new ways to gain access to personal information. One of the latest tactics starts with a phone call claiming there's fraud on an account and instructing the recipient to dial a code on their phone.

What customers don't realize is that dialing the code can redirect phone calls and messages, allowing scammers to gain access to account information.
