This is a community event, and everyone is welcome! Admission is simple—just bring a donation of new classroom supplies to help local elementary teachers get ready for the school year.

If we've never met before, I'm Alicia! 👋

I'm your local State Farm Insurance Agent in Independence, MO. I’m originally from a small town in Iowa where relationships meant everything, and that upbringing still shapes the way I do business today. To me, insurance has never been just about policies—it’s about people, trust, and showing up when it matters most.

I’ve been part of the State Farm family my entire life. Growing up, my family’s State Farm agent was also my basketball and softball coach, and the way he cared for our community left a lasting impression on me. That experience inspired me to join State Farm in 2015, and in 2018 I had the privilege of opening my own agency.

Today, my team and I help individuals, families, and small business owners throughout Independence, Blue Springs, Lee’s Summit, Kansas City, and beyond with auto, home, renters, life, business insurance, and financial services.

Giving back to our community isn’t just something we do—it’s one of the reasons I became a State Farm agent in the first place. Whether we’re supporting local schools, volunteering, sponsoring community events, or simply getting to know our neighbors, building lasting relationships is at the heart of everything we do.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me traveling, exploring Kansas City’s hidden gems, going to concerts and local events, learning American Sign Language, or working toward my goal of completing 50 bucket list adventures before turning 50. I’m also a proud Iowa Hawkeye, wife, and mom to my sweet daughter, Lily May.

I believe the best communities are built on strong relationships, and my mission is simple: to help you protect what matters most with insurance and financial plans that grow with you through every stage of life.
