To everyone who called, texted, emailed or tried to contact the agency in the last two busiest day of the year we lost access to the systems over the weekend and it continued until we got it resolved yesterday. The agency returned emails and voicemail the rest of the day and still have a little bit to go. We apologize for the delay. Thank you to all including the Comcast tech to help us get up and running again. We know it’s frustrating to everyone as we feel the same.
