For 71 years, Pfaff-Karren Insurance specializes in home, auto, commercial and farm clients and it will continue to do so. In 2010, I joined Pfaff-Karren as the life and health insurance agent and built my own client base. When my business partner, Kristin Thomas and I bought Pfaff-Karren in 2017, I continued to manage and grow the life and health insurance side.
Now we are at the point where both sides of the agency have grown so much that it made total sense to create a separate agency to focus all of our attention on all things health and life insurance. K Insurance Group was created.
Starting today, our current location at 1327 Monmouth Street is undergoing a down to the studs remodel. We are creating a new bright, light and modern space with large private offices perfect for health insurance client meetings. Pfaff-Karren Insurance will be located next door at 1325 Monmouth Street. We will keep you posted as our remodel is completed and look forward to seeing you in our updated space starting in early July.

My old website, www.karenfrasconeinsurance, has been replaced with our new agency website, www.pkindependence.com. You should be redirected to the new site and find me. . and tabs for health insurance and medicare. Our new agency website just went live a few weeks ago so in case there's a glitch, please let me know. Thanks so much for all your support and please check out the new website. We'll have a new agency page before open enrollment. We love all of our projects as new agency owners!

The Monmouth-Independence Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome the following new board members: Karen Frascone of Pfaff-Karren Insurance, Katy Mays of Windermere Western View Properties, and Julia Parks of Arena Sports Bar & Grill. All three were elected at our annual meeting and will serve a three year term beginning in January. Also joining the board are Lorrie Bakke of Partnerships in Community Living, Inc. who has been appointed to fill an open seat and the City of Independence's new appointee, Karin Johnson. Our gratitude to all of our board members for their service to the MI Chamber and to our community!
