The Internal Revenue Service released its annual Dirty Dozen tax scams today with a warning about how scammers are preying on Covid-19 fears to steal money and information from honest taxpayers.

• Peggy Norris, Planning Assistant (far right) has been with Ameriprise Financial for 20 years! Peggy is easing into retirement next year but will continue to work for me as needed. She will review and respond to emails as necessary and train my new planning assistant.
• Jordan Euell, Planning assistant (middle right). Jordan will be answering the office phone. He will call my clients and prospects to schedule meetings and phone calls. He will initiate client paperwork, process and file forms according to our compliance procedures and follow through with business processing and client service. He will maintain our client management system.
• Gail VanStory (middle left) is our in-office receptionist and works with me on completing my meeting notes and comprising the follow-up summary letters on my personal letterhead. Gail and Jordan will work together on my client appreciation and educational events.
