In 1979, Pat McNair and Bruce Vires got a few guys together for a run. They ended their race on the edge of town that year; the next year, the race ended downtown in Imperial; in later years, runners finished on the midway, and now runners are crossing the finish line near Chase County Schools.

47 years have passed, and McNair Agency is proud to help carry on this tradition at the Chase County Fair. We'll be highlighting our sponsors over the next few weeks and are thankful for the many local businesses who are helping us put the race on. 🙌
