Working hard everyday to build a future for our children is an admirable pursuit. It’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind of work’s many responsibilities. It’s easy to shut our brain off and work through our mighty task list. The challenge throughout all the hustle is the ability to pause, silence the storm, and be there, in totality, for the ones we are building it all for.

Our children are there, always watching, and it is our duty to be their guiding light throughout life. This post is a reminder to myself and anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. To remember the ones that matter the most and carve time everyday to be present consistently.

In building wealth we work in terms of decades. Our children see life in terms of days. We lose in terms of decades when we don’t stop to see the days.
