Randi Bell and Associates is looking for a part time customer service representative. Although this is a temporary position, it can lead to a permanent opportunity. You will call our existing clients and engage them in the following:

• Ask them about the quality of service they received. We want to keep our clients happy.

• Let them know that they had a missed payment or that their life insurance policy is in jeopardy or lapsing (If applicable).

• Record their response and forward the Information to our office.

• Follow up.

We are looking for someone with a good phone voice, who can conduct themselves in a professional manner, and can take detailed notes. Communication Is key, because that way we can provide better assistance for our clients.

You can work from home. Position available immediately. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
