We're a family-owned, independent insurance agency where relationships matter, teamwork is essential, and taking care of people comes first.

What we're looking for:
✅ Friendly, dependable, team-oriented professional
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Comfortable with client service, quoting, and new business sales
✅ Texas P&C license and 1–2 years of experience preferred (but we'll consider the right person!)

What we offer:
⭐ Base salary + new business commission
⭐ PTO and paid holidays
⭐ Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:30
⭐ No evenings, weekends, cold calling, or sales quotas
