She was sensitive toward each of our needs and was very knowledgable with our unique property challenges. She also monitored the changing interest rates to give up the best possible outcome for us. I feel she went above and beyond where others might of given up and just settled for the first lender and not look for alternative lenders that offered a better solution for us.
