You need a minimum 620 credit score to be eligible for the $12,000 down payment assistance and there is an income limit of $65,680. Not having a down payment is no excuse now for first time home buyers. Do you have at least a 580 credit score and no late payments in the past twelve months? You could be pre-approved today.

Did you know that only 18% of Veterans nationwide use their VA certificate of eligibility to purchase a home with no money down.
