Im helping my client with a refinance, and the underwriter asked why he has $5,000 of fees from Zions Bank on his HELOC payoff.
I couldnt believe it, Zions Bank has been charging my client for appraisals every 6-12 months to make sure they still have enough equity in the home 😵
My client owes less than $100k on their $450k home. Their HELOC with Zions only had a $6,000 balance, but the payoff is twice that because of all of these ridiculous appraisals that Zions has been ordering and charging them for. 😡
Friends dont let friends do business with Zions Bank. If you need a mortgage or HELOC, Call me instead 😉
