Melanie Mullins was an amazing coach answering calls after hours and on vacation to provide excellent customer service. Lisa Erwin communicated excellently about the loan and made certain we were on top of everything for closing. There were no surprises and honestly the whole process was pretty much hands off which allowed me to worry about the things in my life like preparing for the move, packing, and getting my existing home ready to list. The peace of mind of not having to worry about the financials and know that I was in good hands has made me decide to move my deposits for my home repair fund and investigate a CoD with FirstBank rather than Redstone Federal Credit Union who has been my lifelong bank.
