We’re looking for a select group of leaders, entrepreneurs, and high achievers eager to jumpstart their sales career with a fast-paced, stable, and growing company. We provide new hires with needed guidance, support and encouragement. This is a management trainee position, with the ability to move up quickly.
Primary duties include:
* Meet with new and existing LNL clients to provide benefits for their financial needs.
* Assist clients with claims and other customer service needs.
* Use system-based training according to company standards.
* Participate in training and required meetings.
* Average income range- $50,000-$75,000 Annually.
