I remember back in the day being excited to wake up on Saturday Mornings and hope the Smurfs, Flintstones and the Baseball Bunch were episodes I hadn’t seen before. Now I wake up and look for clear to closes in my email on Saturday mornings. And our incredible Underwriting team always comes through!!! This mornings episode was not a rerun!!! Boom, a family will get their keys on Tuesday now!!!

Good News from Movement Mortgage for buyers, sellers and realtors!!!

* Beginning today, Movement will be servicing all of our loans.

* Minimum credit scores have lowered!

* We are also rolling back credit overlays that had been instituted as a result of Covid 19

🤷🏻‍♂️ What does this mean for you?

✅ If you have a client that was locked out of the market recently due to credit restrictions, give me a call we may be able to revive that deal.

✅ if you know a buyer who was declined at another lender because of credit score requirements, give me a call we may be able to help

✅ More buyers will be able to access credit to restructure their loans for better payments
