Jason Standiford is celebrating being a new homeowner during this NeighborWorks Week. “I wasn’t sure I would be able to buy my own home because my credit score was basically zero and my only reliable income was from SSDI. Pathfinder helped me get my credit on track and let me know what I needed to do to get a rural development loan directly from the USDA. I worked with a few staff members at Pathfinder along the way and they were all excellent! They were helpful, friendly, and had the patience to deal with someone who asked a lot of questions along the way! I am now a happy homeowner thanks to Pathfinder Services!”
